Elisa Selli

Elisa Selli was born in Rome in 1992, where she lives and works.

In 2014 she began her artistic training by graduating in Painting at RUFA – Rome University of Fine Arts – completing her path with a Master’s Degree in Visual Arts and Fashion at the IUAV University of Venice.

In 2018 in Lisbon she learned the art of Weaving.

In 2022 she conceived and created the first contemporary art festival in Ladispoli: “Ladispolaneamente”.

In 2022 together with the artist Ellen Wolf she founded Lea APS, and subsequently they gave life to the Artificio project, a Painting laboratory for people with Down Syndrome. The project was exhibited at the MUST- University Museum of Earth Sciences of the University La Sapienza of Rome in 2024.

Since 2023 she has taught Painting and Drawing in her studio.

Her works have been exhibited at the Palazzo Ducale Tagliacozzo AQ (2025-2022); at V-A-C Foundation Venice (2019); at Temple University Rome (2018); at BASE Forte S. Antonio da Barra Estoril, Portugal (2018); at Pastificio Cerere Rome (2018).

She won the Sky Arte award 2017.
