Katharina Sophia Hüttermann

Katharina Sophia Hüttermann (*1995 in Seehausen Germany) studied Art and Visual History and Economics (B.A.) at the Humboldt University in Berlin and Art in Public Space and New Artistic Strategies (M.F.A.) at the Bauhaus University Weimar. Her artistic practice is characterized by questions of identity and origin, which she addresses primarily by means of video performance. Besides drawings, objects and sounds are created. Her works have been shown at Haus der Statistik Berlin (2023), Modernissimo Naples (2023), Kino Weimar (2023), Stéphane-Hessel-Platz Weimar (2022), Bauhaus Museum Weimar (2022), Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz (2021), among others.
